DAYTON, OH (September 10, 2009)—With a brand new building in the heart of the city, Real Art Design Group is proving that there’s still a lot of life left in downtown Dayton.
Without a sign on the building, downtown visitors have been wondering about the new space on First Street all summer. Real Art moved into their new office at 520 East First Street in June, and now they’re ready to open their doors for a huge open house event for their clients, vendors, colleagues, friends and family.
“We’re excited to be in our new space, but we’re even more excited to host this event and celebrate with all the people who made it possible,” said Chris Wire, owner of Real Art.
Real Art’s event isn’t your typical open house though—it’s more like a big party among friends. People who attend can expect to hear a few words from Wire, meet employees, look at Real Art’s work, enjoy live music and, of course, partake in food and drinks.
“From our invitations and our décor down to the music we selected, we wanted the open house to be about who we are and what we do,” said Wire. “We also wanted to bring people downtown and show them that there’s still a lot going on down here.”
In the midst of companies taking their businesses and workforce out of Dayton, Real Art is one of the few companies building new construction downtown. The building was a collaboration between Rogero Buckman Architects (RBA) and Kent Development Group, both of which are also located downtown.
Real Art’s open house event will take place Thursday, October 1, 2009, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at 520 East First Street, Dayton.
